SMOOTHIE Time anyone??
Who doesn't like to think they are super healthy right? Well I sure do then i find myself thinking about the next thing I want to eat at Dunkin' Donuts, or the next food I want to grab on the way home at the golden arches. Even if I run, work out, or have tennis matches I still find myself craving those foods that are satisfying regardless of the caloric, fat or sodium intake! Tonight I was at the local grocery store in my area and found myself staring at the Frozen Pizzas and Ice cream and reached sooooo far for the handle of the freezer door and as I did I stopped. I stopped and went back to my cart and just walked away and instead found myself staring into the Frozen Bags of fruit in the Freezer Cooler section Two Aisles over! And to my surprise it sounded just as delicious as those high calorie items! So, I looked at the many different options of frozen mixed fruits, frozen strawberries, and frozen raspberries. I looked up smoothie recipes on my iPhone and realized there is absolutely no effort in making delicious, low calorie, and nutritious smoothies and even better at a low cost!
What I got: Raspberry frozen fruit, mixed fruit, skim milk, raspberry low fat yogurt cup! Yep that is all!!
When I got home all I did was add all ingredients with ice and blend! Wooooop yep that is it! Nice! Plus, you can control how much fat, cals etc. are in it! That is the best part of it!
