Take time to make a healthy lunch!!!

I hate taking too much time when I'm starving to make food more or less to make it healthy!!! So what do I do? At night I make double the food and put half of it away and have half the next day :) I cut up a bunch of lettuce and made double tuna and hard boiled four eggs ... Prepared it all ate half and put half away for today's lunch!! Greatest idea ever!!! Plus high in protein! Yay!
